Steps for accommodation booking (guesthouse room & apartments)
1. We will send the contract by email as pdf-document. (sample contract: www.service-hannover.de/_pdf/sample.pdf )
2. Please sign the contract and send it back to us as a fax.
3. After both parties (the landlord and tenant) have signed the contract, every side gets the other contract signed.
4. We will send a bill /confirmation by email.

Please transfer 50% of the total amount by banktransfer. !! For bookers outside Europe. We have a new payment methode for the deposit. transfer methode : banktransfair or www.paypal.com You can pay via creditcard. Payment(transfer) will cost 4% of the total amount. That is cheaper than the normal bankfees.
